Mores Coastal Loop Track

Richard Street, Riverton

This track is part of the Mores Scenic Reserve. The reserve is located on Howells Hill overlooking the township of Riverton/Aparima

The Mores Coastal Loop Track is a 2 hour return track. It emerges from coastal forest and follows marker posts along the beaches and rocky outcrops of the southern coastline. The track is best walked in an anti-clockwise direction from the car park, returning via Kings Track. It is maintained to tramping track standard and may be muddy in places with some steep sections.

Note: Dog access is allowed if the dog is on a leash. Go here for more dog friendly walks in Southland.
