Byod Creek, Te Anau-Milford Highway, Te Anau Downs

A 200m long unsealed road leads off of the Milford Road to the Boyd Creek car park and picnic area. A short walk down a slightly overgrown track leads to two stunning small waterfalls. A difficult, 6.5km tramping track cuts across bog pine and manuka scrub to the bushline, where it leads up Boyd Creek onto the tops of the Countess Range, in the Snowdon Forest area.
