Site Inspections/familiarisations
Contemplating Southland, but need to see it to believe it? Our team welcomes the opportunity to host you in the region and introduce to you what our province has to offer. We will arrange an itinerary that introduces you to the most appropriate operators, giving you insights to support your decision and allowing you to have the confidence that Southland will deliver to meet your needs.
Destination Proposals
If you are considering multiple destinations or already know Southland is the place for you, our team can prepare a detailed proposal. Whether it’s conference venues, accommodation, social function spaces, activities and attractions, transport, AV, and/or catering, our team will work directly with all our operators and present options that fit your brief, including investigation of availability and costings.
Activity and Itinerary development
If your delegates have a partner joining them, or you would like to encourage your delegates to spend time in our region pre and post-conference, allow us to use our local knowledge to prepare itinerary suggestions for delegates to discover all that Southland has to offer.
Conference Assistance Programme
Are you looking for additional support in bringing your conference to New Zealand? We work alongside Tourism New Zealand and their Conference Assistance Program in helping you bid to host your international conference in New Zealand. This programme is available to any association or organisation considering bringing a conference to New Zealand with a minimum of 200 delegates.
