SAVOUR THE SOUTH 2021

For the month of April, we are a participating business in 'Savour the South'. Our dish offering will be Roaring Stag Venison Dish perfectly paired with a pint of Porter. This dish is a succulent Fare game Denver venison leg, pan seared and oven baked to medium rare served on a baked kumara stack with broccolini, beetroot chutney and red onion tartlets and finished with a red wine jus. For a full menu visit our website here. Savour the South is Southland’s food festival, celebrating the region’s tastiest dishes, beverages and our outstanding accommodation. Be sure to check out the Savour the South Guide 2021 to discover these offerings and more!
