Accommodation in Invercargill

The NZIQS Conference is being held in Invercargill from 25 – 27 June 2025. All rooms are subject to availability, and we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. 

For your accommodation selection, the conference will be held at ILT Stadium, Surrey Park Road, Invercargill.

The gala dinner is scheduled at Transport World, 491 Tay Street, Invercargill.

We will provide a bus to and from the conference and dinner venues with stops along the main routes in and out of town to get you to and from the venues!

• Homestead Villa Motel: One-bedroom units are $156.00, Deluxe motel units are $166.00, and Family/two-bedroom units are $180.00. Rates are for 1-2 people, $28.00 pp extra
• Balmoral Lodge: Studio units $150.00, One-bedroom motel units $160.00, Family/two-bedroom units $180.00. Rates are for 1-2 people, $28.00 pp extra
• Kelvin Hotel: Classic hotel rooms $168.00. Conditions apply
• The Langlands: Superior hotel rooms are $247.00, Junior suites $275.00, Executive suites $310.00, Executive corner suites $332.00. Rates are for 1-2 people, $28.00 pp extra
