Bushy Point Walk

Take a self-guided walk (1-hour return) through the Bushy Point Restoration Site to a pond and wetland area, or take a shorter walk (20 minutes return) to a viewpoint. This community project aims to transform grazing land into native forest and wetland habitat and is an ongoing restoration project. This is a marked grass trail on Department of Conservation land and is managed by the Otatara Landcare Group.
