It's someone who enjoys savouring and celebrating tantalising dishes or beverages right down to the last crumb or drop; that's our kind of foodie person! We pride ourselves in celebrating our local fare, from Bluff oysters to whisky, Fiordland crayfish and venison, to whitebait, lamb, coffee and honey - the list goes on and on!
