Visit, Shop & Explore

For the month of April 2026, the Invercargill City Centre plays host to a retail promotion called 'Visit, Shop & Explore'. Shoppers are given the chance to go in the draw for a prize pool of $3,000 worth of vouchers by simply making a purchase at any of the participating businesses across the City Centre! Previous years' campaigns have garnered excellent engagement from both the City Centre businesses and the public, with tens of thousands of entries.

On Thursday 7 May, the competition prize winners will be drawn under NZ Police supervision.

Prize Pool

The $3,000 prize pool has 7 major prizes up for grabs:

  • 1 x Winning Prize of a $1,000.00 Prezzy Card
  • 2 x Runner Up Prizes of a $500.00 Prezzy Card each
  • 4 x Second Runner Up Prizes of a $250.00 Prezzy Card each
